Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

Production Planning & Management:
Develop and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet deadlines.
Ensure resource availability, including labor, materials, and equipment, to avoid production delays.
Quality Control:
Implement and monitor quality control standards for fabrication processes.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure fabricated products meet design specifications and standards.
Coordinate with quality assurance teams to address any defects or discrepancies.
Process Optimization:
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and optimize production workflows.
Stay updated on the latest fabrication techniques, tools, and technologies, introducing relevant innovations to the team.
Safety Compliance:
