About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced F&B Assistant Manager to join our team at Aamby Valley Limited. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage department, providing exceptional service to our guests, and contributing to the overall success of the establishment.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B department, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
Assist in the creation and implementation of menus, ensuring they are aligned with brand standards and guest preferences.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to create a motivated and high-performing team.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment following all health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and control food and beverage costs.
Resolve guest complaints and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities for the F&B department.
Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in F&B operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu planning.
Working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
