Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager for our Fabric and Yarn Export and Manufacturing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our advanced sales operations, overseeing the entire export order cycle, and ensuring the smooth execution of transactions. This role involves extensive interaction with customers, coordination with Customs House Agents (CHA), and handling payment processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing the entire export order cycle, from acquisition and processing of orders to finalizing and dispatching shipments.
2. Interacting with customers to understand their requirements and providing suitable fabric & Yarn samples.
3. Sending price quotations to potential customers and following up on these quotations.
4. Storing and managing fabric samples and ensuring they are approved by customers.
5. Taking orders from customers and ensuring they are processed and dispatched in a timely manner.
6. Closing business deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Coordinating with Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure smooth export operations.
8. Ensuring smooth payment processes and following up on any delayed payments.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Textile ( Yarn and Fabric )industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong understanding of export operations and customs regulations.
4. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
5. Proficient in managing and storing fabric samples.
6. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close business deals.
7. Ability to handle payment processes and follow up on delayed payments.
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
