Job Description

Sales Generation: Generate sales by identifying and targeting potential export markets and customers. Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand market trends, and gather information on competitors. Analyze market conditions and customer preferences to determine the potential demand for products in different export markets.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, negotiate contracts, and address any customer concerns or issues.

Order Processing and Documentation: Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products. Prepare and maintain all necessary export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, customs forms, and certificates of origin, to comply with international trade regulations.

Pricing and Quotation: Provide accurate and competitive pricing to customers based on market conditions, production costs, and company pricing policies. Prepare and present quotations to customers, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales deals.

International Trade Regulations: Stay updated with international trade regulations, export laws, and compliance requirements. Ensure all export activities comply with legal and regulatory standards, including export controls, sanctions, and trade restrictions.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor analysis. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.

Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing, shipment tracking, and timely resolution of customer issues.
