Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement export sales strategies in line with overall company objectives.

Identify potential new markets and business opportunities to expand the companys global footprint.

Set sales targets for international markets and ensure the team meets these goals.

Develop pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies tailored to each market.

Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitors in various

international markets.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, importers, and key

accounts.

Act as the primary point of contact for all export-related inquiries and issues.

Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements with overseas partners, ensuring favorable conditions for

the company.

Coordinate with the supply chain, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective

delivery of goods.

Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including labeling, packaging, and safety

standards.

Oversee the preparation of necessary export documentation, such as invoices, shipping documents, and certificates of origin.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trade agreements and restrictions in target regions.

Coordinate promotional activities, trade shows, and product launches to increase brand awareness

internationally.

Essential Skills:

1. The candidate should have 8+ years of experience in developing International sales as well as export

documentation.

2. The Candidate should carry analytical thinking as he is expected to work with sales data.

3. Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).

4. Ability to handle overseas Buyers, CHA & Transporters independently.

5. Experience in Pre-& Post Export Documentation.

6 Very well versed in MS Word& MS Excel.

7 Having experience in Digital Marketing will be preferred.
