Role Summary

The Export Officer will manage and oversee the export operations of Grihasthi Spices, ensuring smooth processes for international shipments and compliance with export laws. The candidate will also work to expand the brand��s footprint in global markets, coordinate with customers, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Export Operations Management

�� Handle all documentation related to exports, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs clearance.

�� Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to ensure timely delivery.

�� Maintain updated records of shipments, logistics, and compliance.

2. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

�� Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs laws, and trade policies of destination countries.

�� Handle export licensing, certifications (like FSSAI, ISO), and quality checks for international markets.

3. Market Research & Development

�� Identify new international markets and trends for spices and related products.

�� Establish and maintain relationships with international buyers, distributors, and importers.

�� Work on pricing strategies and competitive analysis for global markets.

4. Coordination & Communication

�� Serve as the primary contact for international clients and provide excellent customer service.

�� Coordinate with production and packaging teams to ensure adherence to export quality standards.

�� Communicate with internal teams about shipment schedules, requirements, and customer expectations.

5. Reporting & Analytics

�� Prepare periodic reports on export activities, including sales data, shipment details, and client feedback.

�� Analyze export performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
