 Appointment of local partners in target market

 Orientation and conditioning of Local partner on company products

 Approval of company samples and cables in target markets

 Direct utility tender participation in respective utilities for B2G sales

 Exploring opportunities for secondary market business or un-solicited business

 Regular international visits to target markets, at least 3-4 times in a year

 Arranging the visit of utility officials to company for FAT

 Getting the type test reports from CPRI as per the local specs

 Participation in exhibitions in target market/ region

 Sales Management:

 Timely approval of the technical inputs like GTP & Drawings from the customer

 Ensuring timely release of the design sheet for planning and production

 Establishing the payment instrument like LC as per agreed payment terms

 Arranging clearance of goods during inspection by third Party/ utility officials

 Liaisioning with execution team for timely dispatch of material

 Due redressal of technical and commercial issues at the client side

 Sharing the learnings of each project execution with all internal
