Job Location: Sector 29 Gurgaon/Bangalore

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Designing and executing the appropriate Sales & Marketing strategies for the Company.

? Good communication skills.

? Knowledge of current export laws and regulations

? Decision-making and management skills

? If candidate know additional language like Spanish/ French/ Arabic/ French is good

Job Responsibilities: -

? Business development for Natural stones . granite, marbles etc.

? Scout and develop new Dealers / Distributors / business partners in International Market.

? Annual planning for ATL/BTL activities to agreed budgets, sales, volume values and

timelines as per specific Country requirement.

? Coordination of the export related issues with operations, Supply chain, Finance to

ensure smooth flow of execution of export orders without any bottleneck to meet settled

targets.

? Traveling extensively in overseas markets for business development and promotion.

? Handling new product launches to widen the product portfolio and generate sales

volumes in the target market.

? Implementing competitive selling programs/strategies to improve product awareness and

enhance business growth.

? Liaising with export promotion councils, embassies & high commissions, chamber of

commerce & trade fairs authorities for support in identifying potential importers, buyers

& distributors.

? Assisting the Director in travelling.
