- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.

- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.

- Payment collections follow up.

- Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.

- Handling Telephone Calls

- Import and Export knowledge is must for International Marketing.

- Making calls on daily basis for payment.

- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

- Generating Data and sending mail related for export and Import.

- Co-ordinates clearing and forwarding of all imports & exports for the company.

- Co-ordinates for inspection and necessary survey in case shipments arrive in damaged condition.

Obtains all attested legal documents necessary for exports from Dubai Chamber of commerce and

industry.
