JOB DESCRIPTION FOR IMPORT-EXPORT EXECUTIVE,

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE, EXPORT

MERCHANDISER, EXPORT ASSOCIATE

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an

Import-Export Executive with a focus on sales and marketing. This role

requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of import-

export procedures, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships

with clients and suppliers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-

oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Import-Export Operations:

o Coordinate and manage the import-export process, including

documentation, customs clearance, shipping, and logistics.

o Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for

international trade.

o Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve

any issues that may arise.

o Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-

party service providers to optimize the transportation and distribution

process.

Sales and Marketing:

o Develop and implement strategies to promote import-export services

and expand the customer base.

o Identify potential clients and markets for import-export opportunities.

marketing roles.

o Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs

procedures, and shipping logistics.

o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under

pressure.

o Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with import-export

software is a plus.

o Fluency in additional languages is desirable but not required.

Salary Package:

The salary package for this position will be determined based on the

qualifications, proficiency, experience, and demonstrated zeal of the

candidate.
