 Handle the whole shipping Department incld Disposal of % GST in shipping bill

 Preparing Pre & Post Documentation,

 Coordinate with Agent & CHA/Forwarder for arranging booking DO for Container factory Stuffing, Offloading Cargo at Port, After stuffing follow-up with port agent for container handover, After railing follow-up for gate in Status & container loading (as per planned Vessel)

 Coordinate with Merchandisers regarding Shipment planning for upcoming shipments, After planning, follow up with factories & QC regarding readiness of goods & arranging dispatches from Vendors

 Coordinate with Transporter regarding Truck arrangements, dispatches Arrivals etc

 Maintaining track of Pre & Post Shipment Coordination with Banks, Internal Team for completion of task, Follow-up with our Bank agent till Negotiation of documents
