EXPORTS EXECUTIVE

Role Description

Garima is an export oriented organization hence candidates with at least 3 years of experience in preparing commercial and tax invoices for export will be preferred. Also good data analysis skills using formulas like VLOOKUP, Pivot Table etc. are required to do the work efficiently and accurately. Candidates residing in Western Suburbs (Dahisar Bandra) or near METRO station ONLY may apply.

Responsibilities

- Prepare export pack list, invoice and banking documents.

- Prepare export tax invoice.

- Prepare shipping documents like S/B, B/L, check list etc.

- Claim incentives like MEIS, Duty Drawback etc.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Commerce / Course in Export Documentation from a reputed institution.

- Excel Skills Tested in Interview: DATA FILTER, DATA SORT, VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE

- At least 3 years of experience as an Exports Executive.
