Job Description

Customer Service and Documentation Executive.

Interacting with Carriers, Customers, CHA’s and Agents.

Updating Agents on day to day status of their shipment.

Placing Booking with Carriers.

Filing SI with Carriers.

Following up with CHA and CFS for cargo Carting and clearance.

Informing CFS for placing of containers in CFS for stuffing.

Following up with CHA for Stuffing and VGM filing and Form 13 filing.

Following up with Carrier for Invoice and sending Payment details to carrier,

Sending Invoices to customer and following up for payment.

Sending BL to customer and updating all concerns.

Should be good with Computer knowledge.

Added advantage if candidate is able to speak for rates with Carriers and sending rate request to carriers.
