Key Responsibilities:
Export Documentation:
o Prepare and process a variety of export documents including commercial
invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other required
documentation.
o Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, and
incoterms.
o Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs authorities
to facilitate smooth export shipments.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date export records and documentation.
Accounting:
o Handle export-related accounting entries in Tally, including sales invoices,
payments, and receivables.
o Reconcile export-related accounts and prepare financial reports.
o Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records for export products.
o Coordinate with the finance department for financial reporting and analysis.
Coordination:
o Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and
accurate export shipments.
o Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to export documentation or
payments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in export documentation and accounting WILL BE
FAVOURABLE
Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
Strong understanding of export procedures, customs regulations, and incoterms.
Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
