Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Export Documentation:

o Prepare and process a variety of export documents including commercial

invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other required

documentation.

o Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, and

incoterms.

o Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs authorities

to facilitate smooth export shipments.

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date export records and documentation.

 Accounting:

o Handle export-related accounting entries in Tally, including sales invoices,

payments, and receivables.

o Reconcile export-related accounts and prepare financial reports.

o Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records for export products.

o Coordinate with the finance department for financial reporting and analysis.

 Coordination:

o Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and

accurate export shipments.

o Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to export documentation or

payments.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

 Minimum of 1 years of experience in export documentation and accounting WILL BE

FAVOURABLE

 Proficiency in Tally accounting software.

 Strong understanding of export procedures, customs regulations, and incoterms.

 Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
