I have An Immediate Job Opening for Back Office Position in Leading Shipping & Logistics Company..

shift Details:

- sunday Working and We Operate 5 ½ Days. Week Off Would Be Either On Saturday or Friday and It Will Not Be Fixed.

- backoffice Work for 9 Hrs for 5 Days and as per Work Requirements User Has to Stretch for 12 Hrs Without Any Overtime Money and the Half Day Comprises of Hrs.

- our Shift Starts At 7 am in the Morning and It Comprises of 3 to 4 Shifts as per Process Requisite and User Has to Be Flexible with the Timings: A) 7:00 am to 4:00 Pm Ist, B) 8:00 am to 5:00 Pm Ist, C) 10:00 am to 7:00 Pm Ist and D) 10:30 am to 7:30 Pm Ist.

job Description: Handling Malaysia and Singapore Exports Documentation:

1. Generate Bl and Proforma Invoice for Above Principal Only

2. Doing Corrections

3. Preparing Switch Bl

4. Doing Follow Up with Mnr Team to Approve Container and with Yard People to Update Avl Move

5. Extend Release Order Date

6. Doing Follow Up with Mnr Team to Approve Container and with Yard People to Update Avl Move

7. Tdr, Export Manifest

a. Pre-alert

b. Send Haz Details to Port Klang Team (raja)

8. Preparing and Sending Reports to Front Office.
