planning Up the Entire Export-import Operations Which is Convenient and Beneficial to Client

making Arrangement of Transportation, Cargo Handling Equipment Which are Required for Cargo Handling.

coordinating and with the Operations Team for Better and Smoother Cargo Clearance.

submitting Shipping Instructions/bl Draft to Line/forwarders as per Client Requirements.

submitting Final Weight to Airlines and Preparing Airway Bill.

following Up with Shipping Line & Freight Forwarders for Timely Bl Release and also Consulting for other Document such as Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin and So On.

notifying Clients Regarding Import Arrival, Checking Draft Documents and Commenting On the Same.

dispatching Import Cargo Stored At Warehouse with Proper Documentation to the Client Facility.

maintaining Up-to-date Data of Inventory and Reporting to Procurement Team for New Purchases.

reporting Day to Day all the Shipment Related Activities to Sales & Marketing Team and Seniors.
