Export Documentation Executive (Full Time)

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the import and export processes of goods and materials

Ensure compliance with customs regulations and requirements

Prepare and manage all necessary import and export documentation

Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of import and export activities

Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related field

Proven experience in import and export operations

Knowledge of customs regulations and requirements

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Proficiency in relevant software and tools
