Designation: Export Coordinator

Experience: 0-1 yr

Qualification: Bachelors in Any Field

Location: Ahmedabad (Full Time - Onsite)

Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 (As per the experience)

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Coordination with the oversees company employees in terms of sending samples, documentation, etc through mail and through Call as and when required

• Coordinate and fulfil international shipping needs from inception of order to final delivery of order for assigned oversees employees

• base, with consideration to process, documentation and compliance requirements

• Assisting and coordinating with Manager - International Marketing for any back office related tasks allotted by him

• Assisting for preparing any Pre shipment & Post Shipment documents & its related work

• Complete documentation for imports, exports, offshore trade and domestic business

• Handle, Manage & resolve overseas employees accounting, insurance or delivery issues, etc and may maintain personal calendar for assigned personnel.
