REQUIRED

Graduate with min. 5 years’ experience in Export shipment planning, exports documentation, Logistics , export benefits and banking.

Experience in coordination for logistics with transporters, clearing agent, forwarders.

Monitoring progress & keeping track of shipments from origin till discharge.

Must have experience in handling export documentation (preparing purchase orders, proforma invoices, export invoices, pre and post shipment documentation).

Experience in/ knowledge of handling MEIS, duty drawback, DFIA, RODTEP, ECGC and other export matters.

Good interpersonal skills and communication.

Min. age: 28 +. No upper age limit

ABLE TO HANDLE RESPONSIBILITIES INDEPENDENTLY

KRA

Manage end to end export shipments – From planning to execution till completion

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare purchase orders and communicating with suppliers.

Follow-up with manufacturing units, transporters and clearing agents for loading & unloading of shipments for export.

Negotiate freight rates & liaison with shipping and forwarding companies/ CHAs

Prepare export documentation & coordinate with clearing agents for shipment execution.

Coordinate with internal team for updating shipment records for banking and internal documentation, filing of invoices , shipping bills etc.

Keeping a track of compliance pertaining to exports, like LUT validity, BRC status, Registration of IEC at particular ports, etc.

Maintaining & tracking export benefit licenses.

Complete & efficient correspondence with all concerned internal and external parties
