Job Description

Good Knowledge about export procedures , dispatch related work

Responsible for pre post shipment documentation process.

Support cross functional departments involved in international business transactions ensure compliances with export laws and regulations

Maintain Export Files in an ISO organized and cataloged system.

Look after all export documentation.

Should have the experience to hand refer containers, and to place bookings on all shipping lines

Preparations of daily export material status report, collection target & overdue report should be submitted daily.

Manage all accounting transactions

Experience with general ledger functions

Working experience in Tally.
