Effective utilization of all Import – export activity

Experience --- 3-6 years

Salary--- 3-6 Lacs

RESPONSIBILITY

Compliance to the statuary requirements related to safety/ custom/DGFT/EEPC/SVB

Import – Handle shipments, co- ordinate with CHA and supplier, transport arrangement from port to company handling of documentation & insurance.

Export – Transport arrangement, proper tracking of export shipment, document preparation – shipping bill check list, transit insurance, eway bill etc.

Drawback – DBK I, II, IIA apply brand rate of drawback, resolve quires of claim field, drawback from custom, rebate from GST.

GST – Knowledge of GST , input credit, Knowledge of claim for ITC refund, E-way Bill processing.

DGFT – Apply for MEIS & SEIS scheme, Application for advance licence and discharge process & EPCG; BRC tracking

REX System – Rex system registration process, submission of monthly statement, report at EIA office.

Logistic – Arrangement of proper transportation, freight rate forwarded to Export and Import Shipment, finalise the contract , proper tracking of shipment. Cost Control.

Communication – Proper communication with supplier and customer for timely delivery.

Cost Control of import containers ( Below 40k)& export containers ( Below 130K)

Advance Licensee must be open in 15 days & close in 18 months

Drawback must not be pending above 6 months after dispatch

SVB -- Must full fill all rules & regulations.

Implement & maintain ISO system

Develop transport system optimising of distance, load, frequency

Promote safe operating practices amongst transporters

Optimize transport costs

Customer Satisfaction including internal customer

Maintain high standards of safe work environment and 5S
