• Handling all the export & import documentation and shipment.

• Negotiation and contacts with logistics suppliers.

• Responsible for coordination with supplier and freight forwarder /vendors

• Prepare Post & Pre-Export Documents.

• EPCG Authorization

• Export incentives focus marketing license

• Making full set of documentation as per letter of credit to negotiate with bank.

• Follow up of documents with Bank, Status of BRC's with Bank and other Bank paperwork.

• Communication with Logistics, CHA, Freight forwarder and Courier Companies.

• Correspondence with DGFT

• Drawback benefits on export formalities

• Drawback refunds.

• Follow-up with bank & party for payment.

• Preparing and submission of post shipment (DA & LC) documents.

• Submission of ECC S/Bill against advance payment received if any as well as submission of exchange copies as per RBI Norms.

• Responsible for planning & schedule of import shipment..

• Responsible Monitoring Logistics & Supply Chain for Overseas shipment
