Making full set of documentation as per letter of credit to negotiate with bank.

Follow up of documents with Bank, Status of BRC's with Bank and other Bank paperwork.

Communication with Logistics, CHA, Freight forwarder and Courier Companies.

Correspondence with DGFT

Drawback benefits on export formalities

Drawback refunds.

Follow-up with bank & party for payment.

Preparing and submission of post shipment (DA & LC) documents.

Submission of ECC S/Bill against advance payment received if any as well as submission of exchange copies as per RBI Norms.

Responsible for planning & schedule of import shipment..
