Urgent job opening for the post of EXIM (Export Import Executive) at Vikhroli.

Qualification: Any Graduate or Master Degree Holder.

Experience: 1+ Year

Job responsibilities:

1) Preparing pre & post export shipment documentation.

2) Invoice, Packing list, Certificate of origin, IMC certified documents

3) Co-coordinating with CHA for shipping bill filing

4) Sending SI to the shipping line

5) Follow up with the shipping line for approval of the BL Draft

6) Release the final Bill of Lading from shipping line

7) Preparing post shipment documents for submission in bank / to client

8) Preparing & submitting BRC Documents to bank

9) Updating container wise details (customer-wise), Loading/Unloading

10) Updating and maintaining of advance license file

11) Co-coordinating with CHA, shipping agent, Transporter for smooth flow of shipment.
