Job Description

- Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc. Attending meetings and keep minutes

- Conduct meeting with staffs, Project incharges, visit the projects and make assessment of the same and report to MT.

- Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate

- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure

- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping

- Prepare presentations or reports, Case studies as assigned. - Filed visits whenever needed.

Skill required

- Integrity and confidentiality.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skill - Good communication and presentation skills

- Good working knowledge on MS office is mandatory

- Excellent networking and negotiation skills - Flexibility and Adaptability
