Job description
NWORX has an open position (immediate start) in the Founders Office for a highly organized and proactive professional to provide operational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NWORX. This person will be a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow. This role demands a combination of operational expertise, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Efficiently manage the agenda and the preparation for the CEO's meetings and schedule ensuring optimal use of the CEO's time.
Ensure timely distribution of materials and following up on action items.
Collaboration: Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Collaborate with other members of the executive team and provide support as needed.
Anticipate challenges and proactively address issues, demonstrating the ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
Information Management: Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports or briefings for the CEO
The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate from a premier school with 2 years of work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
