Job Description

• Making calls on the assigned leads and cold leads to inviting customers to site.

• Identifying prospects and maintaining relationships with clients from the assigned leads.

• Generating Prospects by presenting the project at site.

• Giving video presentations to customers who are not able to visit the site and convert them to prospects.

• Achievement of sales targets.

• Responsible for handing over the customer file to CRM team after sale.

• Generating sales through customer referrals.

• Timely updating of .

• Sending daily activity report to reporting manager.

• Handling all leads brought in through various media activities and converting them to prospects through regular quality follow up.

Compliance:

• Apply measurement, analysis and improved techniques for analysis of data for quality improvement.

• Implement the quality policy and quality objective in the department process at all levels

• Follow the QMS

• Responsible for effective use of ERP software

MIS/Reports:

• Prepare for meetings with relevant data / presentation

• Submit periodical report to the superior

• Prepare monthly/Quarterly/annual in line with board requirement
