The incumbent will be part of the Outreach and communication function providing the required support as mentioned below.

Job Responsibilities

Photo and video shoot of all Programs internal and external to Prayoga- Kriya, Anveshana, events, trainings, seminars, workshops, activities, etc

Index and maintain all media content for easy access and quick retrieval

Understand the purpose of each digital communication/ marketing request and design formats accordingly

Upload and maintain content and information on Social-Media, WhatsApp, email, website, etc in the required templates

Prepare marketing materials and collaterals utilizing appropriate tools

Maintain website and Social media content with current updates and happening at Prayoga

Track and generate various reports from all digital communication/ marketing modes

Report on activity plan and completion status periodically

Qualification

Any graduate with good oral and written communication skills

Desired if candidate has completed any certification course in Photography/ video shooting

Minimum Requirements

Good Photography and video handling experience

Photo and video editing capabilities

Strong handson experience in managing all social media handles, WhatsApp and email

Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and complete tasks within agreed timelines and budget

Experience with use of tools related to designing/ editing of Photos/ Videos, digital materials
