Main Tasks and Responsibilities

•Support in the purchase, store management, and dispatch activities

•Place orders as per requirements.

•Ensure that the material is received on time.

•Ensure vendor payments are done on time.

•Plan the re-order quantity in coordination with Reporting Manager.

•Arrange the warehouse

•Maintain an MIS for outward and inward of the materials used

•Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.

•Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received the stock.
