Manage and supervise a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of competitors.

Prepare and present reports on operational performance, including key metrics and KPIs, to senior management.
