FULL JOB DESCRIPTION - EXECUTIVE OFFICER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist the CEO in the timely management of communications; including written, telephone, email, and voicemail.
• Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
• Assist in the management and organization of the CEO’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.
• Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes.
• Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
• Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Min 2 years’ experience in Manpower /staffing /skilling /education industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Proficiency in MS Office is a must
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
