Job Role-Marketing Executive

Products:

Biomass, Briquette, Pellet, Wood Chips, RDF

Coco peat, Coir Fibre, Coir Sheet, Coir Pots, Nursery Plants, Medicinal plants

Compost, Compost Granules

Key Responsibilities:

1. To generate new leads for Products.

y follow up for orders and dispatch.

3. To monitor & maintain Sales Accounts.

4. To coordinate with Production team for new Sales orders, Quality and deadline for dispatch.

5. To coordinate with Sales team for vehicle allotment and monitor timely dispatch.

6. To solve the quality issues at customer end.

7. To emphasize and increase the Product order and increase the monthly Sales quantity.

8. Marketing executives aim to maximise profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas.

9. Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns

10. Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.

11. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies & promotional activities

12. Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information

13. Writing and proofreading creative copy

maintaining websites and looking at data analytics

14. Organising events and product exhibitions

updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system

coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture

15. Monitoring performance

16. Managing campaigns on social media

Skills and Qualifications:

MBA in Marketing/ Agriculture Marketing

Bachelor degree in sales, marketing or similar

Experience in Agri marketing or relatively field candidate are most welcome.

Strong verbal and oral communication skill

Depth knowledge of Market research data

Produce quality output under tight deadlines

Self-motivated and strong analytical skill

Quick learner and positive attitude

Maintain a strong relationship with key group
