• Directly report to Marketing – Regional Managers
• Preparing periodical sales report inclusive sales forecast.
• Attend and handle to customers enquiries.
• Discuss with customer on all matters pertaining of new and existing products.
• Ensuring customers . Received are delivered on schedule.
• Liaise with the production department on customer requirements.
• Submit new sample for approval and follow-up until approval is given to delivery.
• To achieve the sales target and budget set by the management.
• To strengthen the business relationship with the existing customers and also to reach out aggressively to the new customers.
• To active and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation: pitch: asking questions: solution pitch, negotiation: close.
• Self motivated, independent, hardworking
• Good communication and writing skill in English, Hindi. Able to communicate with various levels of persons including local potential customers from established manufactures and vendors.
• Computer literate
• Willing to travel
• Willing to work extra hours, sometimes during weekend & public holiday.
• Willing to learn about new product
Work under minimum supervision
