Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Electrical and mechanical Maintenance of entire plant. TBM and CBM (electrical and mechanical)

2. Responsible for execution of maintenance jobs like preventive & breakdown maintenance.

3. Manpower Planning, Deployment & Managing maintenance activities

Improve Key indicators like MTBF & MTTR.

4. Ensure availability & reliability of equipments.

5. Responsible for execution of regular repair, maintenance & testing as per plan. Help in Safety initiatives and other major initiatives to achieve zero accidents.

6. Responsible to decrease the maintenance/ production related expenditure.

7. Planning for preventive maintenance of all machines, distribution systems

8. Daily breakdown analysis and corrective action execution

Person Profile: The person should be Diploma in Engineering with minimum 1 years of experience in electrical maintenance. Experience in a motor industry will be an additional advantage. Should have knowledge in PLC, AC drive, Servo drive, Control & Automation
