Responsibilities

• Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels

• Partner with team to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs

• Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy

• Map role criteria, define job description and document specifications

• Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility

• Coordinate and conduct confidential interviews, follow-up research and develop recruiting leads

• Confidential Background checks and credit of the candidate

• Onboarding the candidate after collection of documentation with efficiency.

• Network and build long-lasting client relationships

• Any HR communication.

• Assisting the Team Lead with other HR processes.

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience in technical recruiting

• Deep understanding of recruitment processes

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases

• Strong knowledge of candidates’ selection methods

• Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods

• Relevant degree (MBA/ Diploma) in Human Resources

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
