Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for the overall quality system in the HR department and Operations.
• Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments.
• Draft and update documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Policies and Other HR-related documents.
• Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interviews and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
• Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate.
• Maintain employees’ leaves, attendance record and payroll. Keeping track of employees’ attendance/absenteeism and reporting to the Manager.
• They are also expected to explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees.
• Review, update and maintain proper filings such as employees’ documents, and other operational work (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
• Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance, and Transfer etc.
• Conduct orientation program and briefing to the new employee.
• Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval.
• Organising training sessions or training for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Any bachelor/master degree with at least 1 year of working experience in the HR field.
• Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively & professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive & proactive attitude towards work.
