Job Description

 To handle the day to day recruitment cycle.

 Coordinating with various departments for the requirement

 Screening, Hiring & shortlisting of the candidates as per the requirement

 Calling the candidates & interviewing them

 Documentation of the selected candidates( Offer letters & Appointment letters )

 Maintaining the personal files of the employees

 Arranging the induction program for the new joiners.

 Maintaining the attendance of the employees.

 Preparation of Salary, Wages.

 Evaluation of the performance of the employees.

 Processing the Appraisals of the employees annually.

 To manage weekly and monthly attrition reports.

 Handling Employee’s Full & Final Settlement, Exit Interview process.

 Assisting the HR manager with other HR activities.
