JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and Competencies required for openings.
• Establish succession planning, testing, and interviewing program; conduct and analyses exit interviews; and recommend improvements to the organization's personnel.
• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
• Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Enforces strategic protocols by reviewing, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Assist director in managing his schedules, making presentations, research activities, and admin related activities
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Manage communication in office through notices, circulars & memos
• Supervise administration staff
• Organize staff welfare activities

• Basic Knowledge of recruitment techniques on social media and niche professional
