JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and Competencies required for openings.
Establish succession planning, testing, and interviewing program; conduct and analyses exit interviews; and recommend improvements to the organization's personnel.
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Enforces strategic protocols by reviewing, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Assist director in managing his schedules, making presentations, research activities, and admin related activities
Performs other duties as assigned.
Manage communication in office through notices, circulars & memos
Supervise administration staff
Organize staff welfare activities
Desired Skills:
Basic knowledge with job portals like linkdin, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc
Basic Knowledge of recruitment techniques on social media and niche professional
Websites like LinkedIn, Facebook etc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient with Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of ERP is an advantage.
