Roles and Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities will include Statutory Compliance knowledge Employee Database Management, Issuance of Appointment Letters, Leaves & Attendance Management, Payroll, EPF- & Legal Compliance, Employee Engagement Activities, Generalist role Handling End to End Recruitment.
Manage on maintain of Combined Registers and Records A,B,C,D,E
Manage on Compliance in Mines Act and Contract Labour Act and Interstate Migrant Workmen.
·Manage on Compliance in Coal Mines Provident Fund Act and Knowledge on CMPF Monthly processing is required.
Manage the organisations employee database and prepare reports/personnel records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications.
Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA / PGD / Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Mining field (preferred).
3 - 5 years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superb computer literacy and exposure to related HR software.
Basic knowledge/understanding of HR functions, HR best practices, regulatory changes, new technologies in human resources, talent management, Labor Law, and employment regulations will be an advantage.
Knowledge Coal Mines Provident Fund Act Process is Preferred.
Knowledge on HR Payroll Software is Preferable
