Roles & Responsibilities:
Implementing HR policies, ensuring strict adherence to legal regulations.
Conducting performance appraisals, enhancing staff productivity through feedback.
Managing employee benefits, addressing queries related to packages.
Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Assisting in HR budget planning, optimizing resources for effective operations.
Aligning HR strategies with the school's educational objectives and vision.
Assisting in day-to-day HR activities, including handling inquiries, managing databases, and supporting HR-related projects.
Managing employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, handling inquiries and changes.
