About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic executive to join our team and support our daily business office operations and direct reporting to CEO. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-- Applicants must be an MBA with HR
-- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
-- Good written and spoken English and presentation skills
-- Experience and ability to use MS Office word, excel and power-point, outlook, etc
-- Ability to prioritize own workload and work to tight time scales & deadlines
-- Ability to use own initiative and make decisions within sphere of work and knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-- Deep understanding of business and contribute to the strategic business decisions.
-- Manage business operations and reporting of mangers and their teams.
-- Ensure resource optimization and align hiring requirements.
-- Implementation of Objectives and key results for business verticals.
-- Planning, auditing and reviewing monthly reports to CEO for business verticals.
-- Oversee and manage HR operations on all responsibilities of employee life cycle.
-- Performance Management and career development of the employees.
-- Effective change management.
-- Nurture a positive working environment.
-- Branding and business collaborations.
-- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues. -- Promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services. -- Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to the employees.
