Qualifications and Skills

1. 1-3 years of experience in HR role, preferably in recruitment and employee relations.

2. Proficient in performance management, training, HR policies, and conflict resolution.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee engagement.

4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in outside sales.

Review and analyze resumes using our in-house data.

Search job websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally.

Interview potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques

Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process.

Serve as a guide for new hires as well as established employees.

Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job.

Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member.

Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture.

Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team each month and make recommendations to improve the companys current offerings.

Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction.

Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations.
