Executive -HR and Administration

Job Profile:

Candidates having min 5 years experience in HR and Administration field with following Job profile

1. Manpower planning and Procurement & manpower record management

2. Pay roll & allied services management.

3. Training and skills development & allied services.

4. Employees event management.

5. including Liasioning with local and outside govt authorities.

ough with labour laws and Industrial ling Labour and Employees related Disputes with labour departments.

ld have Knowledge of dealing with Departments controlling Industrial activities like Industrial Health and safety,Factories act,labour Departments and Industrial and civil courts.

taining Industrial health and safety norms within the organisation as per the defines rules and regulations.

ld be capable of dealing in General Administration and Management.

10. House keeping,General Environment and EHS management.

oyees and Companies Insurance management

communication & presentation skills with English and Hindi writing and speaking skills. Good Knowledge of computers and MS office

a) Team player.

b) Leadership & owning of responsibilities.

c) Reliability and Adaptability to adopting new work and responsibilities in inexperienced areas

d)Handling mentation of candidates,Drafting offer and appointment letters andcompleting joining and orientation formalities.

e)Handling Employee Grievances.

f)Analysis of Hiring & Attrition report.

g)Help the employees in completing their exit formalities like F&F, PF, & Exit interview.

h)Employees MIS Management.

Monitoring letters rollout and designing CTC with Salary break-ulating the Salary breaks up as per the state wise minimum wages, Basic, HRA, EMPF, ESIC, Insurance, Statutory Bonus, PT Slabs etc.

Generating MIS Report using Excel formulae (V-Lookup, Pivot Table Etc.) of the weekly activities done.
