Job Description

Role: Helpdesk

Years of experience: 0 to 1 Year

Work Location: India (Noida Sector 16)

Joining Availability: Immediate or less than a week

Job Exposure and Skills Required:

• Excel reporting, preparation of excel reports, dashboard (using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Internet savvy.

• Willing to learn and work on assigning tickets using Service Now tool, handling initial level of queries from clients on emails, responding on emails, making phone calls to service desk. Prior experience will be an added advantage.

• Ready to work in a rotational 24x7 shift schedule across JP, UK, US shift timings.

• English communication skills should be good.

• Should take ownership of the assigned work, should be Assertive and coordinate well with members within and outside the team.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time.

• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.

• Must be result oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
