Your daily goal as a Customer Service Executive (V-Promoter) with Maxicus: To maximize customer experience
for your customers.
• Demonstrating and providing information on promoted products. Delivering presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
• Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.
• Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.
• Meeting daily targets and submitting sales reports
Requirements and competencies -
1. Candidate should be clean shaved and well groomed.
2. Excellent communication skills both Verbal and Written.
3. Minimum one year experience in sales/International Call Centers/Brand
Retail Stores Etc.
Shifts and other facilities -
1. Day shift 9 AM – 7 PM, Work from office.
2. Cafeteria facility is available
3. Cab service is not available
4. Laptop availability with the candidate is desirable
