Job Description

- Dictate and type

- Collect and present reports from each departments on daily basis

- Organize and get things done as per the CEO command

- Managing inventory of CEO room and safety

- Minutes of meeting during interviews and meetings

- Doing preliminary research and work for CEO

- Keep track of CEO Calendar and schedule

- Notifying / reminding CEO of important actions and events and ensuring preparedness

- Providing the CEO with analytics and overview of various

- Good Memory of things to execute

- Time management skills

- Ability to draft and finalize miscellaneous documents for CEO

- Organizing and filing of documents

- Confidence and excellent communication skills necessary

- Organize various meetings and appointments

- Achieving Timelines

- Time flexibility and dedication ensuring time frames are met and achieved as required

- Prepare meeting agendas

- Accuracy of work

- Reliability of tasks given and successful execution and completion of it within respective timelines
