We are India's one of the top Copper Tubes Importer and Stockists.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual for the position of EA to MD. The incumbent should be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, and be able to work independently in a highly professional manner.
Responsibilities: -
Manage professional and personal scheduling for the MD, Process incoming mails, Maintaining Records in Digital & Physical formats and preparing Agendas for meetings.
Organizing External and Internal meetings, attend the same and prepare MOMs. To pursue the issues discussed, take them to a logical conclusion and submit the progress report to MD.
Ensure proper & smooth communication with various departments with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.
Preparing Reports and presentations in various softwares . PPT, Microsoft Word / Excel and others.
Handling Correspondence independently with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in coordinating the agenda of the Senior Management team meetings and follow up with the executives and submit the progress report to MD.
Acting as a single point of contact between the MD and executives (Both internal and external).
Effectively handle activities, communications and coordinate with other departments.
Perform additional duties, as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications: -
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
Min. Graduate with preferably a MBA degree.
Minimum 5-10 years working experience.
A result oriented person capable achieving goals in a time bound targets.
