JOB DESCRIPTION:-
• Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive.
• Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
• Maintain various records and documents.
• Support the day to day work.
• Internal Coordination
• Respectfully takes directions/instructions from concerned head.
• Completes projects by assigning work to member of different team and following up on results.
• Follow up with other departments to ensure smooth & effective operations.
• Organizing & maintaining files & records.
• Other miscellaneous activities, Responsibilities given by the head from time to time.
• Ensure smooth running of all official correspondence & coordination in absence of concerned head.
• Preparing & editing correspondence, reports & presentations.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Ability to pay attention to detail Organization skills
• Ability to multitask and Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office.
Qualification - Qualification Preferred- MBA (Finance)
