About Process The person will be responsible for performing all the administrative tasks like coordinating for the meetings across all teams, recording Minutes Of Meeting, taking notes etc

Title Executive Assistant - FOUNDER/ PARTNER

Requirement

Client Communications:

Manage client communications on behalf of the Founder, including scheduling meetings/calls and sending follow up emails post meetings/calls.

Business Development:

(a) Respond to queries received from potential clients,

(b) Prepare and send fee proposals, follow up and close the proposals and co-ordinate with Accounts and Admin team, wherever necessary

(c) Forge effective partnerships with other members in the ecosystem

(d) Co-ordinate with partners and organise workshops

(e) Attend conferences and workshops for network purposes.

Content and Social Media Management:

(a) Co-ordinate with the appropriate team to finalize content and post on social media

(b) Work with the Marketing team to finalize collaterals and social media posts and marketing campaigns.

Team Interaction:

Attend team meetings with the Founder and co-ordinate and follow up on deliverables with all Teams.

Education

Any Graduate with exceptional written , verbal communication skills, proficient in grammar and email drafting.

Shift timings AM - PM

Notice Period Less than 30 days

Transport Boundaries NA

Transport Facility NA

Salary Range 04 LPA – 6 LPA

Weekly Off Saturday & Sunday (Should be available on call in case of urgent requirement)
