Job Title: Executive Assistant
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Job Description:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external clients
Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including scheduling appointments and meetings
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
Handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned
Provide general administrative support to the executive team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
