Managing Directors work flow management

Vendor Registration

Indent management (Approval & Making)

Bill checking (Contractors, Transport, Credit card etc.)

Mail Management

Backup Work (Purchasing, SO Approval, PO Making, SAP code making)

Import Export data mining

To help others in any other task, documents scanning

To prepare sales team data(MIS) in excel sheet.

Perform task assigned by directors like dispatch documents, maintain excel sheet, maintain files.

File movement & document management

To make arrangement of travel and stay of directors and other staff, book flight, railway & bus etc.

Managing all day to day office support activities (clerical & administrative)

Maintaining all required filing & records

Handling all external & internal communication for staff as well as senior management

Maintaining calendar & meetings for MD

Prepare minutes for management meeting

Scheduling meetings and communication throughout the required staff

Requirement:

Nearby Thane located employees

Fresher & max experience of 1-2years

Should know 2wheeler at least

Age category is 19years to 30years

Knowledge of excel, MS Word, PowerPoint etc.

Salary range will be from 15,000 to 25,000.

Preferred graduate from BMS.
